Q: How to switch from F Visa to Z Visa?
Hi, I am holding Pakistani passport. My current visa is multi entry F visa and i came here to find new business related job in Chinese company who can sponsor me working visa to let me work legally in China. Before this i already had a student visa with resident permit for 5 years in my old passport and on new passport have two F visa(one month), one F visa(double entry 180 day) and the current F visa(multi entry one year), i finally found a Chinese company who are willing to recruit me to handle their Pakistani clients and let me manage this market . The problem is this they never hire any foreigner before and i also don't know exactly the procedure to apply working visa. Please help me to know the procedure how company can apply working visa for me and which documents company have to provide me in order to get working visa from Chinese embassy in Pakistan.
About my educational background : bachelor degree in medicine from China.
The only advantage i found i am native Pakistani and company is in need who can speak conversational Chinese and also has good experience about Pakistan.

It is the company's responsibility to supply you with the correct documentation to get the 'Z' visa. It is their responsibility to make sure everything is legal in China. There is nothing you can do there, just wait for them to supply the documents. If they say they don't know what to do, they are probably not legitimate. Leave them alone.
You'll have to go back to Pakistan with the documents to get a Z visa.
first of all they have to be allowed to hire a foreigner, i doubt that if they dont even know how to employ one
Thanks for replies, as they told me, they hire an agent who will handle the visa process for me and with time they will ask if anything needed from me.

Like everyone else has said, the company itself should have the license to be able to hire foreigners. If they do, they can give you the documents and then you have to go back to Pakistan to the embassy to get a Z visa and reenter China to get a Residence Permit.
You need to ask the company if they have the license to hire foreigners.
There are a lot of Pakistani guys in my city, seemingly selling cloth and doing other similar businesses. I do not know what visa type they are, but I see them when I am doing my yearly medical and in the PSB getting their visas. You might be better off getting a business visa (F or M or whatever it is called).
