your first port of call is your local Chinese embassy.

the internet / seach engine is your freind when you enter:

"China / work requirements."

to post here without doing this basic seach is just lazy.

do you require your hand to be held?

Thousands of people from the Philipines have managed to do this basic step already.

if you are an adult, you would have done this - this is what a search engine on the internet is for

no

Port of call?

You sound like ... a sailor ...

There are tonne of sailors in Philippines ....

If you'll ever venture into Port of Miami or any larger port in S. Fla just yell:

... phon.: "nguu-la-kaa-nana-man ...."

... and await for a snappy feedback ...

most people seem to be able to spend time online on social media, seaching 'celebrities; but seem to be unable to do basic research.

There are not too many Qs in the whole world search engine wouldn't give you an answer.

It's called 'DD', shorter for 'due diligence' in the world of Finance, meaning 'one must research Co. or security before committing funds into it, i.e. purchasing share or stock'.

'Basic DD' in Financial lingo.

One just need to learn how to use a search engine ...

As I got my first Mac (G4) in 2002, I was in SF Fin. district ... at Wi-fi cafe ... during the rainy season, winter, and my first Q I posted at GOOG search engine was:

"When is sunny in SF?"

I was desperate 'cause I run out of spare dry shoes ...

I can tell, who click you a 'down' 'cause it came just as I had a peek at who's online ... and it wasn't OP, he he ...

I'd say, 'down' can be also given as a resentment, i.e. not for the particular post, but something historical, LMAO ...

If I would be a Big Mod, I'd disable 'down' votes at your posts ... just as a reward for clearing up a tonne of e-Tities cache ... i.e. unanswered Qs from millennial years ago ...
