For the record, I have no plans to rob a bank in China, but I have reflected, on visiting banks over the years, just how lax they seem to be in their security. The main reason being the way large amounts of money are handled openly behind the counter. In the west money disappears as soon as it goes behind the counter, for the simple reason that it is not sensible to put large amounts of money on display - it only gets people a'wondering. Here it's left for all to see.
So..............should you wish to take it...............how would you go about it?
Personally i've fashioned a rather intricate plan involving someone dressed as a monk, a large sack filled with hungry ferrets and a turn of the century sewing machine. But enough of that. Needless to say though, should a monk with ferret bites and an intricately sewn garment of roughly hewn cotton be brought up before a judge on a charge of bank robbery, your troubles with mArtiAn will that day be over.
First, you have to take a number and wait for an hour.
First I would strap a bomb to you ( or insert it if you want ) and have the remote. Then I would have you go rob a bank. You could show the bomb, scare them, but I know that when you get to the bank teller, she will tell you to use ATM.
Just not worth the effort, I'd just be wasting 100Y worth of firecackers.
When I see the large bundle of cash sitting there on the counter I would go up to the teller, knock on the glass, point to a spot behind him/her and shout "lao wai". When everyone turns around to look, I grab the money and walk out.

I'm sure if you said "laowai curly-blond-haired, blue-eyed child outside", you could get the whole bank to yourself! (certainly in the T3 cities)
Having seen the weaponry carried by the security guards in the cash delivery vans, and having seen the cells in a police station (from the outside), and especially the toilets, then imagining the state of the 'real' jails, having listened to the news on the judicial system (one day trial for murder), I can only say in answer to the OP, ....................... with extreme caution!
I would leave an Iphone on the ground and walk past everyone fighting over it into the vault unnoticed.
I'd go in naked, and while they were all wondering when the circus had gotten to town and were looking outside watching for the rest of the parade, I'd take all the money and run.
Just start whistling
when every body is Queuing for the Dunny (WC)
You can do what ever you want
Very carefully. If you get caught you will be shot at dawn. Franck3
I would need to perfect my Chinese skills so I could run in and shout: "oh my God, Steve Jobs is here* in (insert name of Chinese city) and he's giving away free iPhones to the first two thousand people to go to (insert name of shopping centre close to the bank)!!!" Then, after I'd jumped out of the way of the stampede, I could take my time going through the empty bank.
* the fact that Jobs is dead would be a minor disadvantage, granted. I'm still working on it.
the chinese have no sense of humor about stealing pictures of chairman mao, bank robber death, second degree murder , jail time and release. stealing dead people is more serious than killing live ones.
You're wrong! They have the same type of glass used in western countries which is bullet proof. They have a security guard standing around with a loaded weapon so being laxed may be the result of those two things. Also, you wouldn't be able to get access to it because they lock the door only employees allowed. And why would you come up with a retarded question like this in the first place? It's like saying I'm bonnie who wants to be my clyde it's so easy! And then you are getting thrown in the slammer for life!
If it was so easy that anybody could do it don't you think it would have been done by now? 100% of the time the person that steals from the bank usually gets arrested within 48 hrs anyways so look at the statistics first before assuming that something that's never been done before can be done. Yes people robbed banks before but how many of them didn't spend a day in jail afterwards!
The bank robbery is quite easy here, in some branches. the biggest problem is "Big Brother" . cameras are everywhere, and can track you from bank to Urumuchi online
So :
-Hire the hacker to hack into police camera system and make sure at least 5km around the bank will no camera works, so they can not see which car you change and continue to run away safely, relatively.
-The bank BaoAn have no guns, so it is a bit simple to catch them and use a rope, stick them with that iron seat in the bank.
-Before your day D, sure you have checked place several times, and you have seen the password which staff are pressing on the door to open it. usualy is 1234 or 9632. trust me, i am good in this
-Buy the plane tickets in advance at least 5-6 month for the day D or delay it few days, let is no easy to track you. Depend on your scheduling.
- You have to get someone to transfer your money to you, and of course give some share to him. Best are some officials, who have the ways to transfer large amounts
Or just move around every single one Wester Union branch in all the province, you can done it within few days and your plane is waiting you.
- Have a good rest in a plane , get some red wine and when you arrive, just be free
Edit:
Do not forget call me when you settle down and .. some cigars and whisky when we watch sunset on the beach will be fine
Guys, guys! Be careful.
传授犯罪方法罪(Spreading methods of conducting crime)is a crime charge that could end up with death penalty if the consequence is critical.
When I was very little, a neighbor woman living right next to our house was found guilty of stealing 4million Yuan from the bank she worked for, and she murdered the first investigator and even buried the body in her yard! Death penalty. By a bullet.
