Q: Humantarian visa query

Hi everyone I have a question about the humanitarian visa in China, I am actually posting this question on behalf of a colleague as I said I would try to find out some information.

He is on a 30 day humanitarian visa and wants to know if he finds a language school to study at would the school be able to convert his current visa into a student one and the same for if he finds employment will his employer be able to convert it into a z visa?
I have heard that this procedure has been done and it hasn’t posed any problems but maybe someone on this forum could shed some light thanks.

So, your friend is a fraud who's looking for you to help perpetuate further fraud. That makes you...an acomplice?

If someone is legit, and qualified, they should have no problem procuring a legit and legal visa.

You can't convert any other visa to Z in China. You must exit China, and apply for Z at Chinese Embassy, most likely in your home country, and if lucky in HK.

I'm not sure about X visa.

I'm not sure what the humanitarian visa is? Does it have a letter like the Z visa does?

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
