Q: I am a filipina, does anybody know how I can extend my china visa?

I have been  going  in and out of china for   more than   4 years now.  It is so hard to extend china visa  for  Filipino  nationals   this time.   Can anybody advice How  I can extend my china F visa legally?   Does registering a  a business in china  and  registering  me as the owner of the company , will this help me to get a china visa  that I can renew every year?

Registering a business is very expensive depending on the type of business.  If you are working for someone, perhaps they can help you get a visa.

Otherwise there is no other way to really extend your visa.  And when things get politically awkward between your country and China it can get even more difficult.

You may wish to try one of the several more adept visa agents in Hong Kong.  A few of them have been recommended on this site previously.  If they can't help, then probably no one else can.

If the PSB do not accept your extension application, then other ways are illegal.

Register a company in China can help you get the Z visa, then apply for resident permit to get rid of the visa extension problem. As I know, for Philippines passport holders, it is not difficult now to get Z visa. I have a Filipino friend just got one last month.

For registration, you can choose the low cost type like representative office.

The best thing for you to do is to have a school or company  that can give you work visa, so you will have peace of mind otherwise you will be battling with visa every time. There's no other way except to secure work visa. God bless...

If you can get a student Visa then apply for a Working Visa, this is how it worked for a Philippino friend of mine.

for pilipina, it's not possible to extend, available options are

1. get employed by a qualified company then get working visa

2. open your own company then apply working visa

3. get invitation letter back to get new visa...
