Try Sanya, Hainan. Loads of Russian tourists so the restaurants try to employ local staff who can speak Russian. Good weather as well

That's an excellent idea. It could avoid potential confusion over the price of fish :-)
That shouldn't be difficult if you are a native Russian speaker. Try doing a search of universities in Heilongjiang then apply directly.

I know 100 schools that have openings for a Russian Teacher.
I just checked online, yes there are places in need of Russian teachers but they all pay 4000 RMB tops. Are you aware of that? I guess it's not in the big demand.
