Q: I am looking for an online teaching job

I am a clinical psychologist from Pakistan. I am looking for an online teaching job. I can provide online counsling sessions. I can also work as a research consultant. Is it possible for me to get an online job?

I would have thought there would be ample work for someone in your profession in your own country. You must speak Chinese very well and have a deep insight into the Chinese culture and ideology. I'm sure you can do better than an online job that pays peanuts.

Are you asking us to do your research for you?

Hmmmm, I'm locked down at the moment and have some time on my hands, maybe I'll pick up some research work. I have no idea how much I should charge for my services though, I better consult a research expert.
As a research consultant, can you advise me how much I should charge you?

Online teaching works very well. But I don't think you can find such a job easily. My uncle works in educational information technology in Shanghai, and he once told me about the fierce competition in similar companies.

Once, you fulfilled these 'parameters', you qualify for an English teaching job in China as a non-native English sneaker with Z - Entry/Working visa with Working and Residence permit later on. I'd say, Chinese will choose and look especially for a native English speaker at teaching of English Literature job openings.
