Q: I am a USA citizen (State-bound) looking to buy a USA vacation package for a friend in China. Ideas?
Preferably from Shanghai to Florida, Hope to purchase online since I am no longer in China.

not sure about online unless you can read chinese, but the local chinese newspapers usually have some group trips to america, europe, etc, the travel agency run the adds, may be able to find a chinese newspaper online but again, translation involved. i did one last year for miami, orlando, chicago, and back to shanghai for 10 days 7900 rmb each for a couple.

the travel agency got the visa for my wife for 1800 with a trip to beijing, could be done cheaper but i knew the agency, so i let them have a little of my money.
You can use ctrip, it is pretty good for finding deals in China and it is also in English.
