Q: I am very very mad now
I have worked in this company for two monthes and 21 days. At the beginning, the boss kept delaying my paycheck for like 3 weeks. I was so mad and I asked my salary finally and I got paid.
Then he told me that he would pay me on every 5th but then he didn't keep his words. So I should get paid on June 5, he didn't pay but then he told me that he would pay me yesterday but he lied again.
But the funny part is the assistant girl got paid yesterday. But I didn't get paid. I closed two deals during my 2 monthes and 21 days working here and created picture datebase and many other management datebases for helping the company.
I got so mad,and I complained about the boss loudly in front of my colleagues in the office. Which is silly right? complain about the boss in front of colleagues never a good idea.
I asked him for the payment, he made excuse saying that he was going to ask me to sign for getting salary on Yesterday but I left. lol Then why he didn't ask me to sign during my working time?
The assistant girl told me she signed her signature for salary on June 5, but get paid yesterday(June 8).
The boss is very disrepectful and full of bulsshit.
I am very good at doing my work, but you know when I didn't get paid, there's no drive to keep working. So I didn't create much value today.
This Chinese boss is full of bullshit and gets me very very mad. Fuck him.

@retired. I heard that doesn't actually work. I'd been planning that on someone for a long time. Turns out he was only borrowing or renting the Audi because I saw him on an e-bike a month later.
Karma sorted him out better than I could have.
Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again.
I think you should start looking for a new job. No need to quit this one until you find something good, but plan to leave.

I understand what you say about it being good experience and all that but is it good enough to basically work for free?
You shouldn't have to go through the same stressful bullshit every month to (eventually) get paid.

That made me feel very stressful, sad and mad. I am really good at doing the work. But everytime when I had to go through those bullshit when I didn't get paid on my payday. I lost all motivation for doing the job well. And I then did bad job for being mad.

Years ago the labor law will always speak right for the companies, now it is the other way round. To win as a company means still that you have to pay compensation
So your boss distributes salary? What does your finance department do ? isn't it finance department who directly deposit your salary to your account on pay day?
You make picture database and other databases while you are a manager, What kind of manager are you? Photo manager? 
What kind of company is this?
Find another job, Viki,
and tell your boss that when you promise salary on 5th that must be on 5th.no more excuses or delay.

I am working as an international sales manager. The company is extremely unprofessional.
The pictures they have look suck, messy. So I took most of the product pictures with a good camera and created picture datebase. I need good pictures to do marketing and business development. Precise is my working attitude.

China is such a weird country. First of all if an employer didn't pay employee in the US, employer would be legally liable and depending on situation may find him/herslf in the ol' Gray Bar Hotel.
But the reality on the streets is if some employer fkd employees out of salary he/she would probably end up in the hospital.
I mean where/how do they do this?? (attached photo). You tell an American girl to crawl around like a dog,,, prepare for an ass-whooping. But also the person who said to do that would undoubtedly be thrown in jail.

You already know what to do. Stop working FOR others and work FREELANCE.
Work as a business consultant in freelance... get them to sign a contract and make payment BEFORE you start working with them, or at least half upfront.
I can't feel any empathy or sympathy if you won't heed my advice.

you need to tell her, in detail, EXACTLY what she should to to become a consultant because the poor (30 year old) child can't actually do the research for herself.
her time is filled trashing her boss and family, and wondering why she can't maintain a personal relationship.
this leaves no time for self-improvement.
But don't worry - she will ignore you and any good advice she has been given as she has in the past.

You need qualification to be hired as business consultant.
Usually someone has very good degree and proven professional background. Otherwise why would a company hire you as a freelance business consultant.
I don't have either of them. Not everyone can get job like this. So you can't balme on me
if you don't like your job, your time would be better spent searching online for a new one than constantly bitching about it (at length) here on ECC.
you disliked your job from day 1 when you started, even though it was clear that the only thing that attracted you to it was the salary.
stop wallowing in self-pity - it has been 3 months - and get the finger out and get another job.
You are responsible for your current position - no-one else is.

After I asking salary for many many times, he finally paid me on Yesterday afternoon at about 5pm. He's a trash.
And he can't finish production on time, he just closed his phone so customers can't find him and the customer told me that he almost called police. 
That's crazy and stupid. I wonder how come he is so shitty.
