My school was BSing me and I have canceled my contract. They sent me an alien employment license instead of an FEC and so many red flags to count. I canceled and have an interview with EF tomorrow. Will EF have any problems getting me an FEC due to the Alien Employment License registered from the other school? I have not applied for a visa.

Have you taken ANY NOTICE of the answers to your other questions?
An Alien Employment LICENCE is what the school has to get themselves so that they are allowed to employ foreigners!
What a foreigner gets issued with AFTER they have the Z visa & come to China that allows them to work is an FEC (in the case of teachers) OR an Alien Employnwnt PERMIT (for non-teachers.
If by now you don't understand the difference between them, after being told so many times, then I'd suggest you give up on any thoughts that you have enough intelligence to "teach" English in China & go back to flipping burgers!

I've answered your question already. Read my answer again. Read the other post. Why should we repeat.
You want to teach but you can't comprehend anything i wrote? Are you a real teacher or a deecher?
Stop meddling and avoiding the Q all of you!
Explain 'A-merican E-soteric L-ab prevention' or give 2 points back. Each!
I support benjaminlawson. Every time he posts a question I feel smarter. Keep up the good work Benny.

Should Benny the Moron keep up the good work I'll make it a capital "I"
yes they will, and also EF does not apply FEC for every teacher.
you need 3 papers from your old boss
1. cancelation of your employee book
2. a ref letter that say when you have been working there, need company stamp
3. a letter says that you are not working for them anymore also with a company stamp
Hotwater:
Did you read this OP's other questions? He's not even got to China yet! Never even had a Z visa. So absolutely no need for any of the things you mentioned. Please do keep up with what's going on!
If you want another answer, if the new school cant apply for FEC because of active AEL (for that ghost shell company). THey'll say theres already a work permit applied for. That means you got to wait 6 months for it to expire. Or tell the company the embassy said you need to apply for a visa 3 months later. Then send back the AEL, they cancel... Then apply for FEC for EF asap
