Q: I have lost passport with expired visa
I have lost my passport two days after expiration. I made my new passport 73 days later. How much penalty I have to pay, if it's the first time I got my visa expired, and I have all documents from my embassy and 出入境。

To let your visa expire Feruza may be regarded as a misfortune, to lose both your passport (as well) looks like carelessness
75 days overstay? Did you report the loss of your passport after two days overstay or when you got a new one?
If after 75 days then you'll be looking at the amount that Robk suggests and possibly administrative detention for 5-10 days!
Your Embassy has detailed penalty price list for sure.

Yeah I think the fine is capped at 10K but for some ridiculous period of time like 75 days they might take further action.
Did you do anything to head this off at all? Like go to the PSB and say your passport is lost?
This seems like a weird post. You lost your passport after it was already expired. Then waited probably around 2 full months to even apply for a new passport which you received on day 73? What did you do in the meantime...just not worry about it?
You deserve what you're gonna get cafeless loser.
You've stayed in China illegally for 75 days? Awesome. That's quite some feat. They'll probably give you a little present and a mildly insulting note with various grammar and spelling mistakes.
But seriously. You're fucked. It seems that after a browse on Reddit the penalty is around 500 RMB a day. Which makes your penalty currently in the vicinity of about 37,500 RMB. They probably have a cap on it at around 10,000 but who knows? It'll be fun for you to find out.
I do believe your question borderlines your imagination. You see, a couple of years ago a close friend got her passport stolen, and asked me for help, so I accompany her during the whole process. First we had to go to local Police to file a complaint. With that we went to PSB and they provided a document stating her to have a visa to be in China. Then went tpo her Embassy, and with the required documents from local Police confirming theft and PSB confirming visa, she requested a new passport and got it. Once she had her new passport, she exited China with documents from PSB without a problem, and went home to request a new visa. She had to pay no fines at all.
Now, why do you claim to overstay your visa if you followed the existing rules?

Your interpretation of what was posted could be right, but I read it a bit different.
To me, "I have lost my passport two days after expiration" means that it was lost two days after the passport expired. No mention of a visa expiration at all. And by the tine the new passport arrived, it was 73 days later. Now, if it was an American passport, the rules for replacing the lost passport includes notification of local Policde and PBS. And PBS should have issued a temporary visa and exit permit, so no overstay.
But as you well said, not much info is offered, so we are making assumptions
You will be sent to the detention centre (jail) for about 4-6 weeks if you can't pay the fine. Years ago, in 2012 I overstayed and they fined me 5,000RMB. I don't know what the penalty rate is these days. It could have changed.
@bradley99 above, were you not also banned/excluded from re-entering China for a number of years also?
This is the automatic addition to deportation, so how long were you banned for?

It will be Y10,000 and possibly a 72 hour jail sentence while they investigate.
