Currently i am working in a school and have a Z working visa but on weekends in my free time i'd like to do some part-time job in another school. Is that ok?Will i have troubles or not?

your visa is tied to your employer.
If you do any part time work in another school you run the risk of being ****ed over by the part-time place you work because they know what you are doing is illegal.
If caught you could be fined or worse.
If you want to make some extra money during the weekend, consider private students. That way you are in control and can decide on the pay rate and conditions

agree with Sorrel's opinion. Don't do anything stupid.
Agree with sorrel. End of the day, you can do what you want, just don't get caught.
Don't do it in Training centers, even big names like METEN and Web International all get checked on twice or once a year.. House to house or apartment to apartment or flat to flat and or a Starbucks tutoring class is your safest bet..
True but...it's not so easy finding private students...Some Uni jobs are only 2-3 days a week, so if you do it without telling everyone about it, you'd probably be ok...Just don't sign any contracts
It depend whether or not your employer is willing to let you find a part time job, and their choice is usually made according to the relations you have with them, if they are satisfied with your work they will agree, otherwise they can screw you over big time. Also double check if you contract has a part stating that you can't get another job.
If you are in a medium/small city don't even take the risk, if your employer find out that you are working somewhere else a single anonymous call to the local PSB telling them that a foreigner is working at a place that hasn't processed his visa will suffice to get you deported.

I know tons of guys reported for doing Part Time and they're still here working Part time. the PSB doesn't lift a finger unless caught in a training center, maybe you've seen different things.

Yes, as I said it depend of whether or not your employer likes you, it also depend (even more) about what guanxi he/she has. If your employer doesn't like you very much (barely enough to keep you in his company) and is drinking regularly with the chief of the local police you can get big troubles for small mistakes.
I was asked today by School's rep. (Z sponsor) how much is my part-time hour. He told me, as soon as I'm back from HK with Z, he knows a lot of Kindergartens and Schools, which they're all looking for part-time FT.
I told him about 'illegal by Chinese law, when working for other than RP sponsor', butT... 'demand/supply' works in China.
Our contract state, 'party A (RP sponsor) must agree on any part-time job I take'.
sorrel:
any 'Z' sponsor, such as your School rep, who 'knows a lot of schools who are looking for a part-time FT,' is probably getting a kick-back, and you will probably only get a fraction of what you could get with private students. You are also in danger of having other free time being leeched with part-time 'activities'
Private students give more control to the FT

I agree, butT... my starting hour is on the right level! Nobody can leach me after 5Y in China!
I charge for everything! I don't work at part-time for less than sponsor paid hour is!
My point was, if 'demand is there, and no sufficient supply, anything is possible'! No 'fractions' in my China world!
If your school allow you to do part time job then it is possible.
If your employer allow you to do part time job then it is possible.
Yes you can but it is illegal. But then again this is China we are talking about.
