Are you sure that you know this business well enough? It wasn't long ago that you were deciding between working with elevators or bondage.

Does the prices you've gotten include a mailing address. I looked into this a couple of years ago and I think I remember it was about 5000HKD, which included a mailing address in Hong Kong.

I think Hong Kong company registrations expire, so the duration might also affect hte price.

actually, it depends on the package service . that's why they offer such price.

the average in HK for hong kong company registration fee is between HKD6000-hkd10,000. the bigger the company, the price will be high due to the cost of office and staff etc.  but it is more safe.

first of all, you should think of what kind of business do u do. if for trading, no special permit and any agent can set up company for you .

the rest will be the bookkeeping and audit report , annual return. that's all.

I think 8000 RMB is also reasonable price. But you should find someone that can provide good services to you. If you want to register a company in China, for example in shenzhen, I could help you. In hk, we have partners do that, but we do not directly do that.

Victoria try looking at Belize as a good place to register. When I left the UK three years ago I registered my company there. I used an agent in the UK and it was all set up for £350. As the company is only registered in Belize and I do not trade within Belize there is no corporation tax to pay each year and no accounts filing either. I do have to reregister each year at a cost of £350. The agency I use is called Offshore Formations 24-7 and they have a very good service. I have included their email address for you.
