Q: I worry that my company is going bankrupt

My boss got into financial problem and kept delaying my paycheck. I told him that he could tell me directly if he can't afford to employ me. He went into speechless. What is your suggestion?

I just rented a cheap nice single apartment near this company a month ago, it will be a lot of work to make a move if I change yo a job in another side of the city. I am now living in the north, won't be convienient in getting a job in another side of the city.

That's a good reason to not let your boss owe you money for too long.

If you think the company won't survive I would leave asap. You don't want to arrive at work and find the boss is gone owing you 6 weeks salary and angry customers asking you for the money they paid him but didn't get their product.

That's good right? They are required by Chinese law to pay you for all the months and years that you worked.

After all the bullshit, I decide to end working here.

I got orders, the boss never could deliver goods to customers on time, customers are mad and do not want to deal with us anymore.

The customers got mad for the delay again and again, the boss told the customer is annoying and said does not want to do business with them. Fucking stupid.

Kept delay my paycheck and everytime lied that he would pay me but never happened.

I am so fed up with all the bullshit.

Today, everybody got paid except me.

The boss doesn't want me to leave his company as he couldn't find anyone to replace me easily.
My concern is if I come strong and I insisted on leaving his company, he may get mad and not pay my salary. Any strategy to leave this stupid company and get my salary?

Yea...give 30 days notice as per employment law OR call the labor bureau tomorrow and tell them that you're quitting as your salary never gets paid on time! Stop complaining and make a fuss at the labor bureau!

A:You can still skin into China as a non-English native teacher by holding English Teaching license in your home country.2nd: Your BA degree should be completed in a native English country. Once, you fulfilled these 'parameters', you qualify for an English teaching job in China as a non-native English sneaker with Z - Entry/Working visa with Working and Residence permit later on. See the last 'Answers Highlight' ---> there is a web link posted about 'requirements for teaching English language in China as a non-English native passport holder'. https://www.gooverseas.com/blog/guide-teaching-english-china#paragraph-item-63614-target

*English proficiency: Passport from one of seven "native speaker" countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa). If you aren’t a native speaker, you’ll need to be a certified teacher in your home country with proof of your English proficiency (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL). I'd say, Chinese will choose and look especially for a native English speaker at teaching of English Literature job openings. Posted job adverts for English Literature teaching are most likely from International Schools in China. Good luck! -- icnif77
