First, slightly mispell all the current user ID and block existing posters IP addresses, have Chinese turtles take their place and fake their identities to moderate the forum to such a harmonious degree that you can have an AI machine do all the work for you.
Collect all the points for yourself and use all the raincoats to set up a street market for selling charts of all the stock markets with a lucky stamp of "888" on the graphs. Receive the "highest esteem wumao award" in Beijing and set up a tea scam shop for tourists. Don't forget my 10 percent for the idea.

It's free website with one 'up' or 'down' vote per user per post or thread.
Your blame game is unproductive. You cannot find out who clicked what vote, unless you look inside the website's software. It's grueling process not worth of anything.

It's right time to get some posters negative sentiment toward mama China.
I for icniff! It wouldn't hurt, would it! I laugh when I read his comments! Besides, he helps others through his answers, most of the time. He is genuinely true to himself, emotionally balanced and proves also a good sense of humour. But I doubt he will accept to be a mod of this website. BTW. I thought this website was dead already, or at least, declared as such.

So, for clearing up the matter, manager always add:
'In England, when you miss the bus, it means you are late!'
Cruise liners crew are forbidden to say 'no' to the passengers as 'that's not the highest level of hospitality ...'.
Crew cannot say ...: 'Restaurant is closed ...!' or 'You are late for lunch!' ...
