If Chinese poison reaches it's expiry date, would it be more poisonous or or less poisonous?

Chinese made products are funny, the poisons won't kill anything but the food will kill you.

You don't want to know about Novocain. In West, it's used to numb the gum, so dentist can work, because patient don't feel any pain.
In China, it's useless, and dentist is keep asking me to be still on the chair, beside the most pain you experience while she administer the anesthetic.
10-15 pricks and constant dentist's requests to 'be steady/still'. Western anesthetic requires 1-2 pricks and whole chew is numbed for 2 hours at least.
