In real, once you'll pass the interview, employer will offer you a contract, where you'll be able to see what employer is offering beside the salary.

At English teaching contracts. standard offer with bonuses is:

1. Salary with required working hours stated ...;

2. Free of rent apartment for the duration of the contract;

3. Refund of return flight from your home country to China;

 ... meaning, you must shell out for the flight to China and later, you'll get a flight refund , if you'll behave. 

if you are asking these questions....

1) you clearly have not done your research 

2) why did you not ask your employer?
3) maybe you are not ready to move to China (these things will be the least of your worries in China)
