Q: If I have finished Chinese University, how can I stay in China and start to work?

I have obtained my BA in Chinese University. 

How can I legally change my RP from study to work?

Is it possible to finish those changes in China?

Is there is any services for graduated foreigners?

I'd say, you need an employment sponsor, i.e. Company, which is willing to employ you and complete all the paperwork necessary to obtain RP.
