If I will get sick if I fall asleep with wet hair, and I will get sick if I fall asleep with the air conditioning on, what happens if I fall asleep and sweat because I am hot and my hair sheets, and pillow are all wet?

If a woman floats she is a wicked witch. Undereducation and old wives tales. Just sleep how you feel like.
Honestly, I'll step on the other side for this one.
Sleeping with wet hair is a unhealthy habit, especially in humid places, not mentioning this is not very comfortable. Sleeping with AC on will get many people sick, no secret here too I think. Finally, there's admittedly nothing you can do against sweat, but again, this is not ideal.
Scandinavian:
I go to bed with wet hair and AC on EVERY night. I sleep like a baby (waking up hungry and crying???)
KimOnach:
We're all different with different metabolisms, I'm really not fighting on that one, and can readily admit some people just aren't affected.
Though bacteria definitely can develop in wet pillows, more or less, according to the material they are made in.
Scandinavian:
We're not that different, that is talk from lazy people who don't want to get up from the sofa and take care of themselves. The AC will dehumidify the room allowing the pillow to dry, problem solved.
Well, there's a figment of truth, but it can be interesting to look at the figments.
* With wet hair and a really chilly winter night, your scalp will feel cold too.
* Sleeping with aircon on, if you set it to a low temperature (say, 20c) with the unit blowing its air on you... Yes, you might feel cold, a bit too much for being comfortable, and it might increase the likelihood to get some minor infection (resulting in a sore throat or a running nose). Also, air filters and water plumber of aircon units are not often (ie. never) cleaned, so it's a nice bacteria blower.
So yeah, it *might* makes your body a bit too cold, which *might* depress your immune system a bit, which increases opportunities for something like a minor infection. It's all in nuances, reasonable setting of a properly maintained aircon unit is safe for sleep.
You can learn than 2+2=4, 2+3=5, etc. or you can learn to add numbers.
My cat could sleep 22h a day. I follow her, wet or dry
Biggest problem for a lady falling asleep with wet hair is the morning after. She'll look like she's been dragged through a hedge backwards & will need to wash it again to get all the knots out!
You could get moldy hair, mold releases spores that can make you sick. If you wake up with grey fuzzy hair, you could be in trouble. Do not sleep too long with wet hair.
If I fall asleep and my girl friend has wet hair, I wake up hot and happy. If I fall asleep and my girl friend has dry hair, I wake up cranky. Wet hair can be a good thing.
