Q: If NK does begin a war, should Americans run?
If NK starts a war do you guys plan to leave immediately or wait a while and see what happens or what?

If you were Chinese, living and working in Canada and Guatemala started a war on the USA would you leave?

THere will be no running because of someone wants to start a war. It's not like they are going hunting for us americans in china. If there was a a war it shouldn't have any real big affect on things happening in China.
I think it would be wise for all expats to leave China, just to be on the safe side. The Chinese people are so poorly educated and brainwashed with hate against the world, they are unable to distinguish one nationality from another.
There would be no need for America as a nation to run. In fact, two weeks ago China introduced harsher new laws to prevent it's soldiers from running in case of a war.
China has border disputes with Russia and India, both nuclear powers. As soon as China is distracted in the eastern ocean, you can almost bet Russia and India will seize the opportunity to regain lost territory from the north and west.
China has also taken a lot of land from Kazakhstan and other countries to it's west. Those countries are allies of Russia, so they will also take the opportunity to regain their lost territory. As will the stolen lands of Xinjiang and Tibet.
I don't think China really understands how many of the ASEAN countries are against them. China seems to mistakenly believe some of those countries are allies. They will change sides at the drop of a hat if presented with the opportunity to regain their pride against China.
Let's not forget the American troops in Australia, also attacking from the south.
Under the circumstances, I doubt China would get involved, because it knows it is completely surrounded. If it doesn't know, it will soon find out.

this running is a real problem in china , because china has the policy of leave us alone and we leave you alone, soldiers dont want to fight for anything but china, fighting in the country of north korea would violate the indoctrination of everything they have memorized.
a western soldier may fight terrorism , for democracy, for human rights , but chinese soldiers dont even know what these things are, their reality is totally different.

The new laws get better. They actually had to introduce the death penalty if a soldier flees China because of war
