Well unless all 80's movies have lied to me, all you have to do is wait till the day of her wedding and walk in during the middle of the ceremony, playing the perfect song that makes her realize how much she loves you. Then the two of you can run off and live happily ever after.

Don't approach her with love proposal though you love her. Just get a bit closer to find out how they love each other. If they really love each other, please forget that your love idea on her and open your heart to others, and don't forget to keep the normal relation with her and the bf.
