Q: if you re x2 visa holder,do u need to register with local police station?

Hi guys,

If you re x2 visa holder,do ı have  to register with the police station after I arrive to Chine within 24 hours? Because when ı arrive firt,I wont be in the same city where my x2 issues for a while. And 2. question, as I know x2 visa doesn't need a residence permit since already written  180 days on the visa ,is this true?

Thanks in advance

Always have to register with the local police. But if you're staying at a hotel that can legally take foreigners, they'll do it for you

ecem:

So even if I arrive to another city and stay there for a while , I will register local police where ı am.What about later ? Do ı need to reregister after I change the city ?

Yes, you should register with the police within 24 hours of changing address or entering the country.....including each time you enter china … to update the entry / exit info on the form. Failure to do this may cause you problems down the line or if you recieve a surprise visit at your home. For the very minor in convenience it is well worth the peace of mind.

Hotwater:

Possibly....the schools are supposed to keep a register of attendance..and it you don't attend classes enough they'll kick you out and cancel your visa...

Always is the law here when it comes to registration for where you're staying at, so don't ask why, just do it.

A:It's up to the employer if they want to hire you that's fine most cities today require you to take a health check every year when renewing the working visa if you pass the health check and you get your visa renewed each year I know teachers that are in their 70s and they're still doing great -- ironman510
