Q: If you were gonna decide to open your own school what would you include?

So the usual would be books, desks, sporting equipment etc., Is there anything else that you would include in a school that you were planning to open up?

there shall be a class or period in which a psychological evaluation of the students or kids shall be done. so according to their behaviors, interests and attitude we can identify the children having disabilities, disorder or leggings easily. disorder like ADHD,dyslexia and much more in wide variety. people put so much efforts on making the building beautiful, sport equipment, computer labs. technology is at its full in the school but the student, child or kid is the main body to be evaluated and encouraged properly.

I would set up a boarding school somewhere terribly remote. It would be true English Immersion. Students would not be permitted to use technology.

The curriculum would be a mix of traditional classroom instruction, duties and chores, and cooperative projects. Rather than emphasizing tests, students will develop portfolios by working on collaborative and individual projects. The main educational focus will be history. All other topics will be approached within and from their historical context, in a way similarly to how biology is taught.

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
