Yes, anyone at all visiting Myanmar (or Burma) is required to have a visa. You can get a tourist visa which is valid for 28 days, and which can be extended for another two weeks after that. If you go there on business you can also get a business visa which lasts longer.
In order to apply for your visa you need a passport more than six months from its expiry date, flight reservations and to pay a fee - you can find the exact details, as well as answers to any other travel questions, at the Burma Embassy Website.
