With English skills like that, you should have no problem finding a job. You are already better than 50% of the English teachers in china.
I have to ask the obvious question first... do you have a degree from an English speaking country?
As a non native English speaker you really need a degree from an English speaking country to be able to work legally. Chinese consider Australia, U.S, Canada, New Zealand, UK (and I think South Africa sometimes) passport holders to be native speakers.
If yes then apply to adverts on all the ESL sites, maybe look into recruiters if you can find one with a good reputation and contact schools directly with your resume and cover letter.
If no, then you will need to ask yourself if you're willing to work illegally. There's a chance you could find a school that can pull some strings and swing a legal visa for you but from what I understand that's becoming a lot harder to do.

First of all, you need to pick yourself a Chinese name. You want to blend in. You don't want to sound like someone from Bangladesh. I can help you with that.
Your Chinese name will be Sha Bi. It's a perfect name for you and is very popular in China. Make sure you use this Chinese name when going for interviews and make everyone impressed.
It doesn't matter if you are not a native speaker as long as you are a professional teacher with good English accent and your major is needed by the school you will surely be hired especially of your diploma is authenticated at the Chinese Embassy from your home country.

You still need to meet visa requirements though and since OP is not a native speaker unless his degree was obtained in one of the countries considered to be native speaking countries that's probably not going to happen.
