I'm not sure which restaurants have special meals for children. My favorite restaurant chain in Beijing is Annie's. Great service, great food, reasonable prices.

You know that Mcdonalds' does have the happy meals for kids and the Value meals for adults; don't you? Anyways if you don't like fast food then try a pizza place. They have small pizza's for people who can't eat that much adults or children and they have bigger pizza's for adult's! Pizza Hut, Mr. Pizza, Papa John's there all good! Family friendly!

It's better if you get advice from a source directed at expats. The local Chinese will only be aware of large foreign food chains.

The Beijing Kids magazine always has a section with articles mentioning what are the best rated restaurants for families in Beijing. In case you haven't hear of it, it's a free magazine in English available at most places frequently visited by expats.

You must be a very good mother to want to take her kids to where there are many screaming kids, instead of screaming adults. There is a Hello Kitty restaurant.

English address F408, Shimao Department Store, 3 Gongti Bei Lu, Chaoyang district

Chinese address 朝阳区工体北路世贸百货F408室
