Try searching the jobs section of this website. Or look at websites like shenzhenstuff, etc.

Shenzhen is tough place for Non-native English teachers.

As I know, you won't be able to find full-time job with legal documents (Z visa/RP) for work, because Shenzhen SAFEA (Foreign Expert Bureau) won't grant Working permit to Non-native English teacher.

I'd say, walk around your living area, knock on the Kindergartens doors, and ask for vacancies. Good luck!

In China you will get any document if your employer/partner/friend/yourself has good guanxi. I know Russians teaching in SZ with Z visas.

I was going by my own experience.

I sent CV few times to (Public) Schools in Shenzhen, and they cooled down immediately I told them I'm Non-native. First 'high marks' on Rec. letters, then my Qs about Contract and housing. After 5' chat over the Skype, usually followed with statement 'we can't get WP for Non-native in Shenzhen. Not even extension of valid RPermit'. Same happened in coastal cities with exception of Dalian and Fuzhou.
