Q: I'm really confused
as a new guy to a company, i've been in about one month, but i found few thing i had learnt from it. should i just leave it? or how should a new guy act in a company? i need help...

Depends what the problem is cannot help with out the problem
This is what I get from your question:
1.- You now work for a new company one month.
2.- You found out "something" about this company which to you is bad (I assume) and you do not know what to do.
3.- Should you stay? Or leave ? Help !.
You sure do not say much, so I can't say much either. If what you found is that CEO or COO of the company have mistresses (or concubines), you got nothing to worry about.
But, on the other hand, if they are in the business of growing and distributing marihuana, then get the hell out of Dodge "pronto".
That is about the best I can do with what you gave us.
