Q: Imported meats... anyone tried them?

I've been into Metro and Walmart, and I see the imported meats in the freezer section - such as the Aussie and NZ steak and lamb. All are pretty exie.

has anyone tried them?

Are they ok?

Are they worth the money? (presuming money isnt' a huge issue... but I don't want to waste 100Y on something that will make me throw up... or even just spit out0

I have seen and bought some beef at the local Walmart store, supposedly it was from NZ, and it was maybe a 1 yin steak (1/2 kilo) labeled as a sirloin.  I paid (if I recall right) about 35 Rmb for it.  And when I tasted it, it was better (softer) than local meat, but still a far cry from USA growled beef.  And it was surprising, because I had tasted in HKG beef from NZ and was very tender and delicious.  Since then, I have not purchased any again.
