I'm trying to stop my stupid perverted brother from making a mistake, he found that: Out call massage service on the Echinacities classifieds, now I'm trying to tell him it's illegal, I'm correct, right? Please tell me so I have some witnesses to help stop my brother from getting in trouble with like a some kind of police setup or under cover operation, which it could be.
so why does this website allow such things in the classified section of all cities? Dongguan got busted, right? It's this the same thing? You can read their posts and offers, they offer more then just a massage.
A little backup would be appreciated.
actually your brother should use the ones that always post and get away with it, try craigslist.org, much better variety and quantity if thats what makes him happy.
Actually, since you mentioned dongguan, are you guys in Guangdong province?? Tell him to go to Foshan. The govenor or mayor or whatver hes called last year decriminalized hand jobs, sex is illegal but hand jobs are now classified as massage and a health treatment. So he can rub away!
Robk:
So then... by Chinese logic... a hand job is not cheating?
"No honey, I wasn't playing around, I was getting physical therapy for my penis."
" Oh okay lao gong, that makes it MUCH better!"
mike695ca:
I know your joking but in China its not really cheating. Oh if its found out, your dead. But ask a woman if she really believes her chinese husband doesnt go get massages. Im guessing 95% are realistic about it and know. Just out of sight, out of mind. Its already been discussed to death that the vast majority of marriages are based on situations and not love so i bet a wife that doesnt love her husband in the first place doesnt care if hes getting a rub and tug. Less work for her. Just dont make it known and make her lose face.
A MASSAGE is not illegal.
The PROSTITUTION that is associated with outcall massage, that is illegal.
It sounds like it is fact you who is after a "massage". You are just wanting to know if it is legal and more importantly safe. Maybe I am wrong though. There are plenty of women in China. Just take a girl on a couple of dates then she will be a sure thing.
there seems to have been a lot of anonymous posts recently fishing for 'approval' or condoning of illegal activities such as working a second job illegally or in this case 'massage with extras'
LOL - to quote a well known poster here:
"we kown the law"

I would like to here you answer to this question because there aren't many girls here.

ok
in answer to the OP
regarding the advertising on ECC, i suggest you take it up with ECC.
There appears to be a fine line between legal businesses and illegal businesses.
They can answer that for you.
Your brother is an adult and is probably capable of making his own choices and mistakes; you can advise him if you think he is going to do something illegal, but ultimately he makes his own decisions and choices in life. And his own mistakes.
If the OP's brother want's to take the chance of being possibly scammed, it is his decision.
Personally i think ECC is not the place for such advertising, but i am only 1 forum member, and the visitors to this site seem to be predominantly male and ECC are in the business of making money.

I agree, a site like this should NOT be offer something like this on their classifieds.
So let's imagine a friend/relative want to do X...
Prostitution is illegal in China, bottom line. And you have high chances to be scammed one way or the other, stories of that kind abound. You will go to the police to tell them that you got scammed while doing something illegal ?
If you want a massage go to a legit massage salon.
If you want to get laid, go to a bar or night club, picking up a member of your preferred gender isn't fucking brain surgery.
