Be careful. If she is married and her husband finds out, there will be trouble. And if her husband is in the Army, you will be charged with a crime and punished.

Even if she is available, you will have to keep her  happy, which means that you will have to be at her beck and call at a moments notice or even no notice. She calls or shows up, you need to drop whatever you are doing and tend to her, be it sex, or shopping, or listening to her.

She will probably not want you dating others or "tending" others. And whatever you do, do not even THINK of making any demands on  her. She will cut you off or worse.

You will not be respected by anyone who knows what you are doing (and believe me, soon they will find out no mater how discreet you try to be) you will have no personal relationships, you will have no professional development or personal growth.  They called you for an audition but at the same time She called you for attention? You will have to make a choice: Go to the audition and lose her (ant maybe not even get the part  to boot! Now, no part and no Sugarmummy) or do you attend to her and possibly miss out on what could have been your "big break".

And, to top it all off, if she sees a new boy-toy she finds cuter, or more interesting or simply tires of you, you are out.

Other than that, it is a great idea!

One of my best mate has a sugar mommy and it's been great for him, she gave him all sorts of cool stuff and got divorced to be with him.
