Q: is it difficult to apply school in China for kids?

trying to help my American friend to apply the school for his kids, But not really how to do it . Is it hard? and how long will it take ?

Depends where you live and what you want/expect. "Good" schools in Tier 1-3 cities will cost a lot of money (including the 'Registration fee' which is A) Illegal and B) really nothing more than a bribe). Most schools are considered "good" based on how intensive they are.

Does your friend hate their kids that much?
