Q: is it difficult to apply school in China for kids?
trying to help my American friend to apply the school for his kids, But not really how to do it . Is it hard? and how long will it take ?

Depends where you live and what you want/expect. "Good" schools in Tier 1-3 cities will cost a lot of money (including the 'Registration fee' which is A) Illegal and B) really nothing more than a bribe). Most schools are considered "good" based on how intensive they are.

why? They are newly come to work in Shenzhen. So they want their kids to attend school in Shenzhen as well.8 years old girl and 10 years old boy.
