Q: Is it good for my career development?
I have always been working on international trading job in every company I have worked. But there's one problem, each company's products are diffrent.
Is it good for my career development?
If I change to a new company, I always have to learn new product. The only thing which is helpful is my international trading expereince.

Uniqlo is also weird. She has been friends with me on wechat for about a year I think and in the same city with me but never came to meet me. I really hate that. I saw many job ads saying xx years experiences required in dealing xxx product. So I start worrying about my future.

Like if now I am in packaging business, if I change to garment business, the product experience is unrelated, it means I have to take time to learn new products and maybe the garment company company won't give me a high salary because I have no product experience. The only experience is related is international business experience.
I start really worrying about my future now working as an employee, it's so hard to save money fast to run my own business while getting Chinese salary. And as an employee, there's always a risk to get fired too.

China is similar to Thailand insomuch that its not actually what you know, but who you know when it comes to climbing various career ladders. Sure, its true for the West to an extent, but the West has more "Meritocracy" that people who have specific skill sets can and do make a decent living. The East still has alot of cronyism, and nepotism instilled within the culture. Its not umcommon for some spoiled retard nephew to be running some mid sized company, etc. I have heard and seen numerous examples of this. GL !
