Probably, you need 'driver license'. It depends, how big/fast is your motorbike.

if you get caught without an License you could be saying Bye bye to your visa . Just go pay somebody to do the test for you and be done with it

You have to have a Chinese drivers license when you drive a motorbike or car in China. As Philbravery says, there will be major consequences if you are caught driving without one. If you get caught the first time you'll be lucky if they just fine you and revoke your license for a few months, a second time and you will be sent to jail for 15 days and most likely deported. It's not worth it!
