My colleague has get a job opportunity to work in China as a football trainer for kids.
He has accepted and started with collecting all the necessary documents.
After collecting the documents and translating them,he was in the embassy and after few day,he got everything back with a chinese stamps on them.
When I have asked him did he get a visa,he said that the visa will be done there(in China) which was a little strange.
I also asked him ,did he got some documents from the agency through which he goes and he denied which was more strange.
So can somebody tell me is that legal?
In my opinion,I'm certain that the visa should be done here not there but I'm not that much familiar with the process.

Teaching football would be a waste of time anyway. A country with over a billion people can't field a team that can beat England with only 30 million inhabitants. Although the whole world gets their ass kicked in Rugby by New Zealand with less than 5 million.
