it is totally in legal if these foods only for you enjoyment not for sell. when i came back china from Laos i bring a lots of local half process products like coffin and teas. and in airport i didnt declare any of them, just through custom as usual. but if you bring some fresh fruits or meats there maybe have problems.if you not sure check the offical website frist. Smile
