Q: Is it legally possible to be employed full time by 2 companies in china?

Just wondering whether it's possible being employed full time with 2 companies here. (having 2 contracts at the same time).

some input would be great guys.

practically not possible...it possible only on one condtion if you work 3 days on one company and another 3 days on another.lol.

As a foreign national, no it isn't. That is because work permits and Residence Permits are employer specific and only good for the employer stated on it. It is also impossible to hold two or more consecutive WP/RP's.

Of course Chinese only ever do half a job so if you do 2 half jobs you are only really doing one job . check the math  .5 + .5 = 1 indecision
