Is it ok to let my collegues know that I run my own export business with a company registered while still working for my boss's trading company?
Your CV must be a fu￠king mess. You get sacked ever 2 months. Shanghai has a lot of people who could do your job. Only an idiot would hire you. Either you are lying about being fired or you lie on your CV. Both make you a loser.

You'd be stupid to let your colleagues know that you have your own business. why? What happens if your boss finds out? He might not like the fact that you aren't fully focussed on working for him...he might think you also deal with your export business in his working time.
You also shouldn't post on echinacities either
