Q: Is it possible for me to get a job in China even I’m a Filipino?
I am a licensed teacher from the Philippines. I don't hold a TESOL or TEFL certificate but I have my license and currently an ESL teacher in Polly English (most students are from China). I am major in Filipino but currently teaching English. Thanks for people who will answer me. ????

No, you don't qualify for a legal English teaching job in China!
Only native English passport holders (UK, USA, Canada, Ozz, New Zealand or S. Africa) are entitled to get legal (Working & Residence permit) English teaching job in China.
Non-native English teacher as you are, can get E. T. Working permit in China only when/if you hold BA completed in a native English country.

One LT poster ('Spider ...') here was saying that Z / Working visa requirements for Filipino passport holders were relaxed a year or so ago, but problem you face, most employers in China aren't aware of that, if it's true.
You can prepare your CV and email it away to the posted E.T. job vacancies and see what happened.
You must find an employer in China, who's willing and able to sponsor your Z visa.
I believe, you can enter China on any other Entry visa as L, F or X, but you aren't entitled to work with any of these visas.
Only Z visa is a Working visa and working with any other visas makes you illegal.
