Pakistani and Indian ppl have got different accent in English..So, if your accent is as good as Western ppl speak, no problem then. 

Unfortunately, no. According to Chinese law, a langauge must be taught only by a native speaker and a passport holder of the counrty in which this lanaguge is a sate language.

It is based on your skills mostly although some schools may ask for native teachers. You can show native like scores in IELTS
