Your first link is for a school in Jiayuguan, Gansu. The same outfit is advertising in each city. That city is conveniently located in the exact center of nowhere!

I usually pick Contract and level of the School, since I'm 'singlethebingle', location doesn't matter much to me!
Once you want to work in certain city, search @ GOOG can also give many job openings.
I'm going to Taizhou, Jiangsu today with iPod (on my ears since Fuk.) and 'hard sleeper- medium' for new job. Got my first 30 days RP extension yesterday. It's not L visa. It's RP extension.
Guilin is difficult to get jobs in, smaller city, too many foreigners, although I never see any. I think Yangshou sometimes has openings.
