I agree with poster above ... making new rock tunes in this time is 'behind the time', 'cause all older, prime rock bands/songs are still accessible.
huh? never heard of a teen in China listening to rock. But I'm sure there are some posers in BJ or SHG or GZ showing how counterculture they are.
But it did trip me out the other day when a HS student told me how they knew Hotel California and The Eagles!! How in hells-bells would they know about that!?

Down here in the deep south there are 2.5 types of bands. Death Metal, cheezy covers. And the .5, jazz. They get a .5 because they are basically cover bands that have a saxomophone and wear hats.
I was never a Led Zeppelin fan. I thought they were pompous and overrated. GVF are indeed in the same vein but definitely a step up. Perhaps 21st century production. Still not my cup of tea but more to my taste than Jacky Cheung.

another new ROCK band I found a little while ago on facebook Tempt you should check out there cover song Woman by Def Leppard.its on youtube and its very good.

Oh man, they sound just like Def Leppard. Those guys are wicked.
I like cover bands because I like hearing a different version of a favourite song, the only problem with these guys doing Def Lep covers is that they sound just like the real thing so why wouldn't you just listen to your Hysteria album.
I like their Queen cover though.
