Q: kawasaki bikes in china
im lookinf to buy a klr650 in china,prefer brand new.can anyone help me find a dealer that i can order the bike from.

Don't quote me on this, but I could swear there's some law against the sale or registration of a motor bike with an engine displacement of greater than 250cc. Of course, having seen the odd Harley-Davidson on the road here and there, there must be a way around this rule (as there is way around most rules here).
Also, you'd need to acquire a Chinese driving license for motorcycles if you want to be legal. The test ain't easy, and it seems they just updated it as of 1.1.2013 with the results being an even lower passing rate for the written exam (the exam is pretty similar to that for automobiles, with a few motorcycle specific questions thrown into the mix).
Why not buy a electric bike instead,you need no license for this.

The Chinese do make some good bikes, only smaller. KYMCO used to be a Honda plant. They still use a GY6 engine that is an older Honda engine. They have FI now also. The Kymco Venox 250 looks like a chopper. At home Honda offers a 1 yr warranty, while KYMCO offers 2 years. 650 is too small, if you are going for it look for 1000
