Q: l want to know the current utility rate?

l want to know how these utilities are charged. How much is it per unit consumed because most of the charges that we get from our landlords are unbelievable or is it that the same landlords just want to rip us off?

Have your landlord show you the bill.  Most likely, he is trying to rip you off.  Pretty common for them to do that.  It is one of the reason I always insist on paying the utilities myself.
