Q: Language exchange in Fuzhou?
Halo there, I'm a Chinese in Fuzhou, China.
I'm looking to language exchange with a native English speaker, hoping to improve my English skill.
If you speak native English and you are in Fuzhou, we may meet up and do some chatting in places like Starbucks, just like friends, we may talk about this city and hobbies etc.
Actually, if you are not in Fuzhou, as long as you are interested in chatting in English or practising Chinese with me, we may set up a video/audio call through the internet.

I suggest you don't say "if you speak native English"
ANY english speaker should be welcomed to help you practice your English.

If I step into their klompen, I would also have a doubts about Chinese language teacher from Korea ... or Dubai.
