Q: legalize TEFL Tesl certificate in Thailand or Thai embassy in CHina

I have a TEFL certificate that has to be authenticated/legalized. Can not find any info at the embassies in China ( its in Thai or Chinese - my Chinese isn't that good). Tried to contact few companies in Thailand ( they offer only notarization with a lawyer.. and want 7000 thai bat for that,  its 1400 rmb)!!!!  crazy!!!!! My school can provide notarization for 450 rmb, but they don't do any further procedures (misnistry of foreign affairs and the Chinese embassy)

Has anyone ever authenticated any thai documents in China or in Thailand without going there in person? please share any contacts

The Chinese ambassador in Bangkok speaks English and served 3 years at the embassy in America. Somebody can help you there.
