Sadly, there is no "easy" way to prepare a good lesson plan. You need to research different ideas and even when you find a good idea, you will need to adapt it to  your students. Some you may need to make more challenging or others you may need to "dumb down" (lessons that are too easy are just as boring and frustrating as lessons that are too hard).

Word of advice: NEVER go to class with just one or two lessons. Take at least three lessons with you. Some exercises  that were a hit with one class may completely bomb with another class and vice versa. You may also find that you  may finish an exercise  too fast and end up with a large chunk time left and no backup lesson or activity.

Since you are teaching children (I only teach adults) you will need to have a good balance of activities and games. Too many games, and you will get complaints. Too many activities and the students will be hard to control and may even shut down.

Movies? I dont recommend it. While certainly entertaining to the kids, parents will complain and the kids will not learn. Generally speaking, I will not show movies in class, though on rare occasions I have made an exception and then used that movie in  a class discussion (for example: Grand Torino, I used it to give an idea of the challenges that Asians face in the US, both those born overseas and those born in the US; gang violence, etc. Not appropriate for children).

I have been teaching for six years, and I still require at least one hour preparation per grade level per week (year 1, 2, Masters and PhD= 4 hours a week preparation minimum).

being a teacher isn't for everyone. some learn through school, others have a special gift for teaching. i can safely assume you did not go to school for teaching. i can safely assume you do not have the knack for teaching. please leave china, learn to be a teacher in your own home country. after you have learned how to teach then you should come back. 

i've worked with morons and drunks who could figure out how to run a classroom. you have to think back to your days as a student for guidance, sit in on other teachers, and develop good public speaking skills. but like i said before, teaching is not for everyone. go back home and learn in the comfort of your own hometown.
