Q: list of foreign movies in Chinese cinemas?
Since it is tightly controlled, is there some site that keeps a list of what movies are coming to a cinema near us? The cinema's in this town do not have very good online info, so going there can be a bit of a disappointment.

All you have to do is go to the movie theater directly. They should have the upcoming movies that are about to show in 1 month or 2 months time on some type of chart display. Where do you live?

How about some Chinese guy riding a flaming scooter, they are made of plastic? Silva would be good in that movie !!
I don't know the answer. I just posted again for points. Maybe they don't want to advertise foreign movies, to give domestic movies as much edge as possible?

I don't think it is colorful enough, it would most likely be 7 Shades of Grey
I don't know if you can read Chinese or not, but here are two websites I often use: http://www.lashou.com/ and http://movie.hipiao.com/
You can choose which city you and in and then reference which movie theaters are there, what movies are showing, and their scheduled time.

you know that lashou is a group-buy website like groupon,right? its not specifically made to check movies played in cinemas....
you may check this site http://film.spider.com.cn but be prepared that movie titles of foreign movies will be in chinese!
