Q: A little help please

Need a link to a web site to buy a personal tracker for my mother In-law in China

She keeps wondering off and getting lost.

I was thinking e-bay but need the instructions in Chinese so my brother in-law can read them

any body got a link please send it

Dunno where to find a tracker but when my mother visited I gave her an enormous orange foam hat the size of a garbage can with a police siren on the top to wear at all times when she was out. Drew some stares, but what foreigner doesn't? Could spot her a mile off in that hat though.
